Refund policy
At Ilk studio, we strive to provide our valued customers with high-quality products that meet and exceed your expectations; However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product.
We are committed to making this process as simple and convenient as possible.
Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on products under the following conditions:
– Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty items only, not change of minds.
– The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels included.
– The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see section 3).
– The product was purchased directly from our website.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@ilkstudio.com.au and we will send you a return form.
Please complete it and return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Once we have received the product and it has been approved for a refund we will notify you and your refund will be processed using the same payment information from your purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The below Items are non-returnable:
– Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
– Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
– Gift cards
4. Return Shipping
Customers are liable for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your refund will be processed using the same payment information used in the original purchase.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@ilkstudio.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference once we have received the faulty item and notified you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
