No ilk splashbags are not waterproof. While the main material of the bags is waterproof, water can get into the bags through the zips and possibly through the seams so splashes are totally fine, but don’t take it swimming!

The bags were originally designed for storing wet and sandy swimmers and rashies in after a day at the beach. They can also keep your things dry and sand free such as keys, phones, books etc.
Other uses are:

• Everyday bags – keep all those pesky things in one place
• Makeup bags
• Leaky toiletry bags
• Gym gear post workout
• Cords, adapters and charger etc when you’re travelling
• Baby bits such as nappies, creams and bottles etc
• Lunch bags

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from our Sydney warehouse during the business hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday AEST.
We use Australia Post to ship all Australian orders.

Australia Post Standard: Please allow 2 to 8 business days
Australia Post Express: Please allow 1 to 4 business days

We are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed.

All customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
We suggest using a service that offers tracking and insurance as we will not be held responsible for any lost items.

To receive a welcome code you need to have signed up via our website via the forms located at the bottom right of all the pages.
Your name and email is required but your phone number and date of birth is not. If you wish to receive SMS about sales/special offers and a birthday voucher then please add your phone number and date of birth.
