Shipping Policy


Australia Post Standard (2 to 8 business days) is $10 with tracking
Australia Post Express (1 to 4 business days) is $15 with tracking
Australia Post Express with tracking is free for all orders over $150

Please note that these shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times and particularly in the lead up to the festive season.
The delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of your order.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Locker addresses.
If we receive an order with one of these addresses we will unfortunately have to cancel your order and we will refund you.


Shipping for international orders will be calculated upon checkout.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed*
International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the date of dispatch.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however, we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your order number and tracking information.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from our Sydney warehouse during the business hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday AEST.


We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
Please advise us urgently if you require any changes to your order once placed, such as an incorrect item, size or address change at and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.
If your order has already been processed then ILK Studio accepts no responsibility for any incorrect details entered.
We do not accept any return requests due to issues with incorrect information entered at checkout.
We cannot leave parcels unattended.
If no one is available to claim the package it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
Any shipments that are rejected or not collected by the receiver will result in the client incurring the redirection fees.
ILK Studio reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase
